At Gusti Leder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
